World of Warcraft TCG ‘Servants of the Betrayer’ Expansion Set

Upper Deck Entertainment has announced Servants of the Betrayer, a boosters-only release for the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. Servants of the Betrayer, which is the fifth set in the WOW TCG, is slated for an April 2008 release. Servants of the Betrayer marks the debut of a new 19-card booster pack configuration. Each pack will include three additional common cards and one uncommon card. In addition to the 19 playable game cards, booster packs will also contain one UDE Points card (players can amass points and trade them in for special TCG cards, promo materials, and distinct upgrades for online characters).
The Servants of the Betrayer set, which features all new content, introduces sub-factions, a new type of ally as well as unreleased abilities for players' decks. The new set also includes new uniquely-coded Loot cards that provide players with upgrades to their characters in the online version of the game.
